BLE

If you have problems using BLE, delete the BLE device from your PC, switch on and off the BLE connection in the smartphone general settings. Unpair the IoTize BLE appliances and rescan for BLE devices.

To enable BLE on Windows 10 and verify BLE connectivity with your Tap, use the following steps:

1. Open Settings.
2. Click on Devices.
3. Click on Bluetooth & other devices.
4. Turn on the Bluetooth toggle switch.
5. Click the Add Bluetooth or other device button to scan BLE peripherals and find your Tap. It might take a moment, but the device will appear in the list, click it to connect.
