Setup Studio BLE connection to Tap

To enable IoTize Studio to communicate via BLE, perform the following steps:

1. In IOTZ Explorer click on Studio and in the details, set Connection to Tap | Protocol to 'BLE'.
2. Click on the (...) button beside BLE device name/address. IoTize Studio scans and displays the available Taps. Select your Tap and verify that you can connect to your device.
